Madalitso Banda
Managing DirectorMr. Banda graduated from the University of Zambia with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in 1990. Mr. Banda has worked for several large-scale companies in engineering maintenance, project management, and sales and marketing for more than thirty years. Mr. Banda has extensive experience in Maintenance Management Systems (MSS) and was involved in major maintenance shutdowns in the mines. He also formulated, implemented, and commissioned various projects. He has planned and implemented major marketing and sales strategies that have resulted in increased and sustainable sales.
Mr. Banda’s primary responsibility at Unirate Investments Ltd is to identify, develop, and direct the implementation of business strategy. He plans and directs the organization’s activities to achieve stated/agreed targets and standards for financial and trading performance, quality, culture, legislative adherence, and interfaces with investors, customers, suppliers, and the Government.
Chikatizyo M’konyo
Commercial DirectorMs. M’konyo has worked in sales and marketing for more than twenty-five years. She specializes in positioning and marketing new products and was responsible for the initial registration and expansion of the company with most of our clients. Ms. M’konyo graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from MANCOSA University, South Africa.
Ms. M’konyo is responsible for the administrative, sales, and marketing functions at Unirate. Her responsibility consists of formulating and implementing marketing strategies, participating in product and project development, and working with customers and prospects. She is also responsible for the import and export function in the company.
